How do I find my nearest kiosk?

What are your kiosk hours?

You can find your local kiosk's hours using our kiosk locator.

Do you accept tablets?

Some of our kiosks are able to accept tablets, but not all.

To see if yours is one of them, visit the kiosk locator and find your nearest location. Kiosks that do not accept tablets will say "Tablets Not Accepted."

What forms of ID are accepted by ecoATM?

Identification is required to validate the identity of the person selling a device to ecoATM.

We accept most plastic government or US state issued identification cards. We do not accept military IDs or passports (both book and card varieties). You must be 18 years or older to sell to ecoATM.

Does my device have to be charged?

We recommend charging your device to at least 30% before visiting an ecoATM. This helps the kiosk to identify your device and provide you the best possible price. If you can't charge your device, don't worry. We accept devices without a charge, too.

What payment options are available?

We currently offer payment via cash, PayPal, and Venmo. Cash payments are made on the spot while digital payments usually are received within 2-24 hours.
