1. Reset your device

Factory reseting will ensure that all your data is wiped from your device. For Apple devices, you must disable “Find My” to sell to our kiosk.

2. Open the “Find my” section
3. Tap on “Find My iPhone”
4. Tap the switch to turn off “Find My iPhone” (note: you may have to disable Stolen Device Protection to do this)
5. Enter your Apple ID password
